can't wait to go back
Amazing views from the room overlooking the Grand Canal. Loved the private bathroom equipped with a shower and modern amenities. Breakfast included fresh pastries and coffee, all served with great service. The staff helped arrange motorboat rides for dinner at their sister hotel. Perfect spot with easy access to transportation.

Great location near transportation hubs.
I was really frustrated by the lack of proper heating in the room. Despite setting it to 24 degrees, no hot air was coming out, leaving us cold at night. We had to go down to reception for an extra blanket, which should have been provided automatically like in many other hotels. Additionally, the cost of breakfast and dinner was ridiculously high, forcing us to eat outside and miss out on hotel dining.

The hotel's location by the Grand Canal made exploring Venice effortless, especially with our heavy luggage. Additionally, the daily towel changes felt a bit excessive, yet the room was spotless during our 7-night stay.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the
main water bus station and local eateries. The staff were helpful, but the air conditioning in our room could have worked better. Nevertheless, the views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking, making it a memorable stay.
